Drones have proven to be invaluable to project teams at Brasfield & Gorrie’s construction sites throughout the south. After identifying their need for a link between virtual and physical sites, DroneDeploy software was used to perform quality control checks and overlay site plans across projects. Speaking from his experience flying over 100 missions, Assistant Virtual Design and Construction Coordinator Jack Carlile uses DroneDeploy to “go back in time” and measure objects already underground. This eliminates the need for multiple software and cloud hosting locations, saving time and resources.
