Visit us at Procore Groundbreak

We’re bringing drones, robots, 360 cameras and visual AI to Groundbreak. Find us at Booth 1021 and Booth 923.

Where to find us

We’re taking over two interactive spaces at Groundbreak this year, and they’re right next to each other.

Where to spend your time with us

Everything here is happening both days unless a time is listed.

Talk robots and AI

Most robots at a trade show are there to be looked at. Ours actually run capture missions, and the engineers who deploy them are standing next to them all day. Ask our team what a robot covers in a shift and what it costs to run one.

DPR's Digital Dig Board: From Paper Permits to One Trusted Underground Map

Underground utility tracking has long been one of construction's hardest coordination problems, and DPR Construction is showing what solving it actually looks like in practice. Stuart Drahota shares how DPR built its Digital Dig Board: a single live map that brings utility as-builts, field annotations, and active dig permits into one place so every crew works from the same trusted picture before breaking ground. The result is a jobsite where safety and coordination are built into the daily workflow instead of living in a filing cabinet. What started as a pilot on 10 project teams has grown past 17 and is running as a formal study through the end of 2026, with DPR working to make it a standard part of how every project runs. Attendees will see a real look at where the industry is headed: technology closing a gap that has cost construction time, money, and safety for decades, and what DPR wants to see built next to get the rest of the industry there.

DroneDeploy: The Visual Layer Feeding Procore AI

Robotic capture has moved past pilot programs, and next-generation AI can analyze your data in seconds. Docked drones and ground robots are now running scheduled missions across job sites — more than 130,000 to date, up over 160% year over year — without a pilot showing up or a crew stopping work. This session covers what that shift enables: daily 3D capture feeding one unified record, with Progress AI, Safety AI, and Inspection AI turning that record into answers field teams can act on the same day. You'll also get a look at what's new: high-accuracy civil analysis in Aerial Pro for cut/fill and grading work that accelerates your survey crew; Digital Dig Board, a standalone app on Aerial Pro for tracking underground progress and monitoring dig permits from the map; and Ground Pro, which turns the 360 walks you already capture into measurable 3D data and indoor maps, and enables 3D scanning on iPhone and iPad. We'll close with an update on the Procore integration: where it stands today and what's coming next. Unified, automated, intelligent. Already running.

Questions about the show

Where exactly are you on the floor?

We’re at Booth 1021 and Booth 923, about 80 feet apart, both in the expo hall.

Do I need to book a meeting, or can I just stop by?

Stop by whenever the expo hall is open. Booking just means we hold the time.

What’s the trench about?

A trench gets dug and backfilled in the same afternoon, and months later you’re relying on whoever thought to take photos that day. We built one at Booth 923 so you can run the scan yourself and see what you’d have.

Do I need to bring a phone or download anything?

No. We hand you a phone that’s already set up. If you’d rather use your own, we can sort that out onsite.

Are you running demos on my project type?

Our solutions engineers have Aerial, Ground and our AI products loaded on live project data across general contracting, heavy civil, data centers, energy and mining. Tell us your project type on the form and we’ll pull up something closer to your work.

When and where is the happy hour?

Happy hour runs from 5:00 to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 21, on the expo floor.

When are your sessions?

Both sessions are on Thursday, October 22. The Foundation Stage session starts at 8:10 AM and the breakout starts at 11:30 AM.

What is Groundbreak?

It’s Procore’s annual conference, held this year on October 21 and 22 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, with a pre-conference day on October 20.

How do I register?

Registration runs through Procore at groundbreak.procore.com. You’ll need a Groundbreak badge to get into the expo hall.

I can’t make it. Can I still talk to someone?

Yes. Use the same form and tell us you’re not attending, and we’ll set up a call.
