2024 Social Impact Report

We are excited to share DroneDeploy's 2024 Impact Report, which highlights our ongoing commitment to using our technology for positive change. This year has been marked by significant milestones, including the expansion of our impact programming and the launch of our first-ever grant program, Resilient Futures.  

The Resilient Futures program has enabled us to support numerous organizations that are using drone technology to address critical challenges in environmental conservation, disaster relief, humanitarian aid, and community development. We are incredibly proud to support the work of these organizations and look forward to seeing the positive impact of their projects.  

Beyond the grant program, 2024 has seen us further our mission in several ways. We’ve invested in expanding our social impact team to better serve our partners, and we've partnered with organizations making a difference.  

In 2024, DroneDeploy continued to focus on:

• Accelerating Crisis Response: Providing first responders, humanitarian organizations, and government agencies with rapid access to aerial intelligence for damage assessment, crisis preparedness, and relief coordination.  
• Advancing Conservation: Enabling organizations to map habitats, track wildlife, and assess environmental changes.  
• Strengthening Communities: Empowering students and advocates to utilize reality-capture technology.

Key highlights from the report include:

• Product donations totaling $11M.  
• 220 Non-profit partners.  
• Launch of Privacy Shield, a new product feature prioritizing user data privacy and security.  
• A 24% year-over-year decrease in greenhouse gas emissions.
